Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in quilted products, is seeking a Quilt Machine Operator to join their team. As a Quilt Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quilt Machine Operator

Location: West Coxsackie, NY

Pay Range: $23.00/hr

Shift: 6 :00am - 2:30pm + Overtime- Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Operate quilt cutting and sewing machines in a continuous flow manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to production and quality standards.

Identify process disruptions or malfunctions and make minor adjustments according to standard operating procedures and protocols.

Perform routine inspections and basic preventative maintenance on quilting equipment.

Follow all safety policies and procedures defined by the company safety program and OSHA regulations to eliminate work-related injuries.

Manufacture sufficient quantities of quality quilted products per specified standards.

What's Needed?

Must be at least 18 years or older.

Ability to read, write, and speak English.

High school diploma or GED required.

Entry-level with little or no experience preferred.

Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, bend, lift, and move materials up to 100 lbs.
