Description

Our client, a growing healthcare organization, is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join their collaborative HR team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to support essential HR functions while contributing to a mission-driven environment that values patient care and employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR department.

Assist with onboarding, new hire paperwork, and benefits enrollment.

Maintain employee files and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Support payroll preparation and timekeeping corrections as needed.

Respond to general HR inquiries from employees and managers.

Coordinate interviews, background checks, and credential verifications.

Assist with HR reporting and compliance documentation.

Requirements

1-2 years of HR or administrative experience, ideally in healthcare or medical services.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (ADP or Paycom preferred).

Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
