Lead or assist in preparing and disseminating project status reports, presentations, and managing project information within various digital platforms and databases.
Manage and technically evaluate engineering change notifications or similar documentation through controlled release systems, routing to appropriate stakeholders and monitoring status.
Serve as a change management lead for assigned programs, collaborating effectively with global or cross-functional counterparts as needed.
Develop, coordinate, and maintain cost tracking documents and financial reports for projects, ensuring accurate budget oversight.
Drive documentation updates and maintain project information within collaborative platforms, document management systems, or similar tools, including Jira and SmartSheet management.
