As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol in Seguin, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and remaining highly visible throughout a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment by offering exceptional customer service and clear communication to employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns. Working environments and conditions may vary depending on the location.

Observe and report any irregularities, including security-related breaches, facility hazards, or unusual activity, to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and reporting any unauthorized access attempts.

Support Allied Universal and client personnel by maintaining a visible presence and providing assistance as required.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
