As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional at Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned manufacturing and industrial locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and promote a secure atmosphere. You will conduct regular patrols, remain highly visible throughout the site, and deliver exceptional customer service while communicating clearly with staff and visitors. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Working environments and conditions may vary by location, depending on operational needs.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to deter unauthorized access.

Complete required reports and logs as instructed by Allied Universal and site management.

Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and/or contractors as needed while on patrol.

Remain alert to potential security-related hazards and escalate concerns through the appropriate channels.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
