As a Front Desk Security Professional at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will be the first point of contact, greeting employees and visitors while assisting with access control and responding to inquiries. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents and supports a welcoming environment. You will utilize your communication skills and commitment to customer service to maintain professionalism at all times. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following security-related procedures and site policies at the front desk within a manufacturing and industrial location.

Monitor and manage access control for all persons entering and exiting the facility, verifying identification and issuing visitor passes as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and/or critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.

Maintain accurate records and logs of visitor activity, incidents, and other relevant information as required by site policies.

Communicate professionally with facility staff, visitors, and Allied Universal personnel to relay information and report security-related concerns.

Support the implementation of site-specific security-related procedures to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity at the front desk area.

Remain alert to the environment and activities occurring in the lobby and entry area, promptly reporting any unusual or prohibited behavior.

Minimum Requirements:

Being at least 21 years of age is required.

CPR certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

CPR and/or first aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
