What you'll do...
Receives orders and ensures the timely and accurate processing of all orders.
Maintains shipping documents (for example, invoices, packing lists, shipping labels) while ensuring accurate and thorough records of all shipments.
Coordinates with shipping partners to schedule all pickups and deliveries.
Ensures compliance with shipping procedures, regulations, and company policies.
Adheres to all safety procedures and guidelines (for example, using personal protective equipment, operating machinery and equipment safely, reporting any hazards, near misses, injuries or accidents immediately, actively participating in safety trainings and drills). Maintains cleanliness in the work areas to prevent accidents. Contributes to the continuous improvement of all safety protocols. Maintains awareness of surroundings to ensure safety and the safety of others.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.

The hourly wage range for this position is $23.30 - $25.30The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
