As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol in Pine Hall, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents. Your visible presence and commitment to providing outstanding customer service will contribute to a secure environment for employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity or access.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas within the manufacturing and industrial location for unusual or suspicious behavior.

Accurately document observations and/or incidents as required by site policies and Allied Universal protocols.

Communicate clearly with team members and site staff regarding any security-related concerns or observed issues.

Assist with access control procedures, including verifying identification and credentials as required by site guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
