Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Yorktown, Virginia. This Contract position requires someone who can handle multiple tasks, maintain excellent communication skills, and deliver exceptional organizational support. Responsibilities:

Manage and organize administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Answer and direct inbound calls promptly while maintaining courteous phone etiquette.

Perform accurate data entry and ensure records are up-to-date.

Act as the first point of contact by welcoming visitors and managing receptionist duties.

Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars for the team.

Sustain digital media projects such as programs and bulletins and maintain digital documentation.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication.

Handle correspondence and ensure timely responses to inquiries.

Maintain and order office supplies as needed to support daily activities.

Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or a similar role.

Proficiency in inbound and outbound calls and managing receptionist responsibilities.

Strong skills in data entry with attention to accuracy and detail.

Familiarity with digital media tools and platforms is preferred.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

Proficient in using office software, including word processing and spreadsheets, Canva, online streaming, additional media software.
