Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support a dynamic 8-person Digital Ethics team within a prestigious higher education environment. This role requires a proactive, organized professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Digital Ethics team

Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings across departments

Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders

Support event coordination and logistics as needed

Required Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in administrative support roles

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Experience supporting senior executives

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

Experience using Workday

Prior experience in a higher education setting

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Haven, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
