We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our manufacturing operations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth office functions and assisting with administrative tasks that keep production and business processes running efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to management and production teams.

Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documentation related to manufacturing operations.

Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and arranging travel when needed.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.

Maintain organized filing systems for physical and digital records.

Process purchase orders, invoices, and assist with inventory tracking.

Order office and production supplies and monitor stock levels.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Menomonee Falls, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
