Construction Safety Manager (Full-Time) - Phoenix, AZ

We are actively hiring a Construction Safety Manager to support new construction for Semiconductor facilities in Phoenix, AZ! As a Construction Safety Manager, you will play a vital role in developing, implementing, and enforcing safety programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations on construction projects. This position offers an opportunity to work on a historic project in Phoenix, Arizona, at the forefront of the Semiconductor industry. Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and enforce corporate safety programs to ensure compliance with federal (OSHA), state, and local regulations.

Mentor and oversee Safety Managers, providing leadership and guidance.

Coordinate and lead subcontractor Pre-Construction Safety Planning Meetings, ensuring field compliance.

Review subcontractors' Site-Specific Safety Programs and Job Hazard Analyses before mobilization.

Conduct regular site evaluations, identify deficiencies, and ensure corrective actions are completed.

Monitor subcontractor Toolbox Talks for documentation accuracy and quality standards.

Investigate job site incidents using root cause analysis techniques and develop preventive measures.

Ensure subcontractors provide proper training to their employees based on the scope of work.

Perform routine construction site audits and random patrols to ensure safety compliance.

Essential Skills

8+ years of experience in large-scale Construction Health and Safety

Professional CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician) Certification required

Bachelor's degree in Construction, Safety, or Engineering is preferred

Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state safety and health regulations

Work Environment

The position is based at our Phoenix, Arizona facility. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, either from 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm. The work involves being on-site at one of the most advanced Semiconductor Fabs in the United States, offering a competitive compensation package and unmatched career opportunities. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
