Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment: Pick, scan, label, stage, and replenish products using pallet jacks. Package, band, shrink-wrap, and label according to client requirements.

Inbound/Outbound Freight: Load and unload freight from vehicles and containers, sort by size and destination, and reconcile driver pickup and delivery manifests.

Documentation & Quality Control: Read and decode freight codes to expedite movement, label, weigh, and dimensionalize freight, and inspect and record damaged or misrouted shipments.

Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, maintain a clean and orderly workspace, and comply with company policies and OSHA standards.

Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain warehouse equipment, reporting any issues promptly.

Attendance & Engagement: Maintain reliable attendance, stay attentive and productive throughout shifts, and adapt to schedule changes or overtime as needed.

Culture & Respect: Demonstrate professionalism and respect toward leadership and coworkers, contributing to a positive team environment.

Additional Duties: Assist with maintenance, perform cleanup activities, work overtime as needed, and complete other tasks as assigned.

Essential Skills

Experience in packing, inventory, production, loading, and material handling.

Proficiency in operating pallet jacks and forklifts.

Ability to lift, push, and pull 21-50 lbs frequently.

Strong interpersonal skills.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Warehouse experience preferred.

Experience with RF scanners and order picking is beneficial.

Good physical condition to meet the demands of frequent walking, standing, bending, and occasional reaching, squatting, or kneeling.

Work Environment

The role offers both day and night shift rotating schedules, with shifts from 2:30 am to 3 pm or 2:30 pm to 3 am. The environment is fast-paced, requiring reliable attendance and engagement. A contract-to-hire opportunity is available based on performance and attendance expectations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burbank, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $22.50/hr.
