As a Security Officer -Hotel Full Time in Fort Worth, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a major transportation location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a strong, visible presence. You will interact with guests and staff, providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and monitor for unusual situations.

Observe and report any suspicious behaviors or activities to proper authorities as directed by Allied Universal policies and client procedures.

Monitor access points and assist with entry and exit processes for personnel and visitors as needed.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members during routine activities and in response to incidents.

Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Support Allied Universal management and adhere to all company and client policies while performing duties at the transportation location.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
