Production Associate (Contract)

Location: York, Pennsylvania

Pay Rate: Starting at $16/hour

Shift Available:

1st Shift: Monday-Friday (Start ASAP!)

Position Summary

We are urgently hiring motivated Production Associates to support our manufacturing operations during the busy holiday season. This is a temporary contract role offering a clean, organized, and team-oriented work environment. If you're reliable, detail-focused, and ready to start immediately, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Kit and pack finished products with accuracy and care

Perform light assembly tasks using basic hand tools

Conduct visual quality checks to ensure product standards

Support miscellaneous production-related activities as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic computer proficiency

Experience using hand tools for assembly tasks

Strong attention to detail and quality

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment

Prior production experience is a plus

Work Environment

Clean, calm, and organized workspace-more like an office than a factory

Physical activity includes standing, walking, and light lifting

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of York, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
