Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Success Administrator to join our team in Baltimore. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding, and supporting account management processes. The position starts as temporary with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Coordinate onboarding activities and maintain client records in CRM systems.

Assist with scheduling, reporting, and documentation for client accounts.

Monitor service delivery and proactively address client needs or issues.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve escalations.

Prepare and distribute client-facing materials, reports, and updates.

Requirements

Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years in client services, account coordination, or administrative support.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems preferred.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with customer success platforms or call center tools.
