As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol in Cedar Rapids, IA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. Your presence will contribute to a secure environment as you interact with employees and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as required.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while representing Allied Universal.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial facilities, including the perimeter and designated areas.

Observe for irregularities, report suspicious activities, and help to deter unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas.

Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.

Document incidents and maintain accurate logs as required by site-specific protocols.

Follow all site-specific instructions and adapt to varying working environments and conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
