As a Security Guard - Flex - Manufacturing Center in Fort Worth, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment at a major food and beverage location. Your role involves monitoring and controlling access to the premises, conducting routine patrols, and providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and staff. What You'll Do:

Control access to the location by verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized personnel.

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, responding to emergencies.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter potential security-related incidents, being attentive to the unique considerations of a food and beverage environment.

Monitor and report any unusual activity or security-related hazards on site to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client contacts.

Assist with emergency response activities and follow established protocols as directed by Allied Universal and/or the client.

Maintain accurate logs and detailed incident reports according to Allied Universal and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
