Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Mechanical Assembler, where you will be responsible for the mechanical assembly of sub-assemblies and large components.

You will work independently and collaboratively within a specified work area to complete OEM assemblies.

This role requires reading and following entry-level blueprints, shop orders, specifications, and other instructions to accurately and timely build and assemble parts and equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform mechanical assembly of sub-assemblies and large components.

Work independently and in teams to complete OEM assemblies.

Read and follow entry-level blueprints, shop orders, specifications, and other instructions.

Measure parts accurately using scales, micrometers, and calipers.

Utilize overhead crane and rigging procedures.

Essential Skills

Ability to read and assemble both sub-assemblies and mid-assemblies from 2D and 3D prints.

Experience using rigging equipment.

Proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and machine building.

Capability to work independently with limited training.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Mathematical skills including metric system conversions.

Knowledge and ability to use hand tools and machine tools such as drill press, band saw, and cut-off saw.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

$20-26/hour based off of interview and previous experience plus potential shift premium.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Sheboygan Falls, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr.

Vision Reimbursement: Effective 30 days from your first day of employment

Life and AD&D: Effective 30 days from your first day of employment

Personal Days: Effective immediately, you are eligible for three (3) personal days. Unused personal days can be

carried over year to year up to a maximum of 15 days. Any hours earned in excess of 15 days are

paid out annually.

Holidays: We provide ten (10) paid holidays per year.

401k Retirement Plan: You are eligible to participate in the 401k plan upon completion of 30

days of eligible service. We offer a traditional pre-tax 401k plan as well as a Roth 401k plan.

401k Employer Match: If you make salary deferrals to the plan, the Company will make a safe

harbor matching contribution equal to 100% of the amount you contribute up to 4%.
