Compensation: Lucrative commission-based compensation (successful reps hitting goals earn over $200,000, top performers earn over $300,000!)

Experience: 3+ years of professional sales experience with demonstrated history of success meeting and exceeding quotas and earning commissions. Top performers have come from luxury sales, pharmaceuticals, high-end auto, or cellular sales.

What You'll Do:

· Build strong relationships with prospective buyers through proactive outreach and follow-up.

· Guide customers through the entire home buying journey-from first visit to contract signing to closing

· Conduct model home tours and present community features with confidence and clarity.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.

· Meet and exceed monthly sales goals in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Successful candidates bring:

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Willingness to work weekends and holidays-because that's when buyers are shopping.

· New home sales experience is a plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive training for high-potential candidates.
