As a Campaign Operations Senior Consultant, you are expected to bring hands-on experience with the campaign management lifecycle to execute omni-channel communications with multiple journey touchpoints.
You will:
Work with Deloitte and client counterparts to elicit campaign requirements, bring thought leadership in marketing automation and provide technical recommendations for optimization
Translate business requirements and campaign service requests for chosen campaign activation/marketing automation tool
Oversee the preparation of data, segments, copies, creatives and other configurations in the marketing tool required for omni-channel campaigns
Understand customer profiles and personas to advise on and make segmentation and targeting decisions
Define messaging to relevant customer personas at relevant stage of correct buying cycle
Monitor and troubleshoot manual and automated campaigns and data activities in case of failures, notify stakeholders of relevant outcomes, fluctuations, and plans, or resolve issues with assistance of other Deloitte technical resources
Analyze campaign data, and extract insights and recommendations for campaign approach optimization
Prepare project management documentation and develop training materials
Maintain forward-looking marketing calendar and maintain library of marketing campaigns which outlines previous efforts and results
Provide oversight for onshore functional or offshore technical/development resources to achieve campaign requirements and goals
Manage client escalations and incident reporting, maintain client relationships and overall satisfaction
Support account-level go-to-market and sales activities to drive overall account growth

We design and implement technology platforms for personalized marketing across all digital touchpoints, specializing in customer-centric B2B and B2C solutions. Our in-house agency engages customers throughout their journey, working on projects like AdTech, MarTech, campaign automation, CRM, and lead-to-loyalty orchestration. Qualifications
Required:
5+ years of experience executing omni-channel marketing campaigns using campaign / marketing automation tool (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Braze)
3+ years experience working with Agile methodology and using JIRA (or similar tool) to manage and update user stories, project tasks, and deliverables
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
3+ years of hands-on experience with other products in the Adobe (e.g. Analytics, Experience Manager, Target) or Salesforce (e.g. Service Cloud, Community Cloud) stacks
Experience writing simple-to-moderately complex SQL queries
Proficient in using email testing and rendering tools (e.g. Email on Acid, Litmus)
Proficient in leveraging Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or other reporting tools to create reports to track campaign and deliverability metrics
Experience working in a distributed team (offshore-onsite model)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in PowerPoint

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,600 to $198,400.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
