Description We are looking for a Medical Scheduler to join our team in Flemington, New Jersey. In this Contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive seamless care by managing their appointments and coordinating schedules efficiently. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced medical environment and excels in delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Communicate effectively with patients to confirm appointments and address scheduling inquiries.

Maintain detailed records of appointments and follow-ups using scheduling systems.

Handle incoming calls and manage patient requests with professionalism and courtesy.

Collaborate with medical staff to optimize scheduling efficiency and meet patient needs.

Provide clear instructions and guidance to patients regarding their appointments.

Monitor scheduling conflicts and resolve them promptly to avoid disruptions.

Ensure compliance with confidentiality standards and healthcare regulations.

Assist in updating patient information and verifying insurance details when necessary.

Deliver excellent customer service to enhance patient satisfaction. Requirements - Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical scheduling role or similar position.

Proficiency in managing patient scheduling systems and appointment coordination.

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare staff.

Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of healthcare confidentiality standards and best practices.

Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on patient care.
