NOW HIRING ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLERS FOR A 6 WEEK CONTRACT!

Location - Poway, CA

Shift - 1 st Shift (6AM - 2:30PM Mon - Fri)

Duration - 6 week assignment

Pay Rate - $22-24/HR depending on experience

Job Description

Under limited supervision, perform complex electrical assembly operations for electrical and cable assemblies. This involves assembling electrical cables for manufacturing, including connecting, bundling, and finishing electrical wires into a functional unit according to the drawing or specification. Prepare individual wires, terminate them with connectors or terminals, bundle them with a protective jacket, and conduct rigorous testing to ensure performance and safety.

Responsibilities

Perform electrical cable assembly for manufacturing, including connecting, bundling, and finishing electrical wires.

Prepare individual wires, terminate with connectors or terminals, bundle them with a protective jacket.

Conduct rigorous testing to ensure performance and safety.

Perform related electrical assembly tasks.

Conduct harness and point-to-point wiring.

Perform electrical ring-out and use test equipment.

Provide input for design improvements and develop assembly techniques.

Work from detailed blueprints and verbal and written instructions.

Essential Skills

Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, color codes, and Bills of Materials.

Proficiency in using soldering guns, manual, power, and pneumatic hand tools, and measuring instruments.

Effective written and oral communication skills.

Ability to read and understand written instructions in English.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in assembly, crimping, wiring, electronic assembly.

Knowledge of schematics, soldering, blueprints, and cable assembly.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
