Description

We are looking for an organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to join our team in Plymouth, Minnesota. This contract position requires someone with strong attention to detail who can efficiently manage administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role is an on-site position with responsibilities critical to supporting the investment management industry.

Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative duties, including managing schedules, filing, and organizing documents.

Input and update data accurately into company systems to maintain reliable records.

Provide direct support to supervisors, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently even when leadership is off-site.

Respond promptly to inquiries and ensure effective communication within the organization.

Monitor deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet project timelines.

Help maintain an organized office environment to optimize productivity.

Collaborate with team members to address emerging needs and challenges effectively

Requirements - Proven experience in administrative support or office management roles.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.

Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.

Dependable and reliable, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
