You are:
A marketing technology consultant with a passion for digital transformation in the Life Sciences industry. You bring hands-on experience across Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and are eager to grow your functional expertise in regulated environments. You understand the importance of compliant content workflows, omnichannel orchestration, and speed-to-market in pharma, biotech, and medtech @contexts.
The work:
Support functional delivery across Adobe Experience Cloud solutions including:
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for compliant content management
Adobe Real-Time CDP for HCP and patient audience segmentation
Adobe Target for personalized engagement
Adobe Campaign for orchestrated, multi-channel outreach
Adobe Analytics for performance insights
Adobe Workfront for regulated content operations and MLR workflows
Assist in translating Life Sciences business requirements into user stories and functional documentation
Participate in discovery workshops and solution design sessions with regulatory awareness
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA to ensure delivery aligns with compliance and business intent
Contribute to backlog grooming, sprint planning, and testing activities
Support content supply chain transformation by helping streamline planning, production, and approval workflows using Workfront and AEM Assets
Stay current on Adobe platform capabilities, GenAI trends, and Life Sciences digital marketing regulations (e.g., FDA, EMA, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11)
Help prepare training materials, documentation, and change management assets tailored to regulated teams
Here's what you'll need:
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing technology or digital experience platforms, including exposure to at least two Adobe Experience Cloud products (e.g., AEM, RT-CDP, Campaign, Target, Workfront)
2+ years of working with digital marketing workflows, content lifecycle, and omnichannel engagement in Life Sciences. Familiarity with Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) review processes and tools like Veeva Vault
Bonus points if:
You've supported Adobe platform implementations in pharma, biotech, or medtech
You're familiar with consent management, data privacy, and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, 21 CFR Part 11)
You hold Adobe certifications (e.g., AEM Business Practitioner, Adobe Campaign, Workfront)
You've worked with GenAI tools or personalization engines in a regulated @context
You have experience integrating Adobe with CRM, MDM, or HCP engagement platforms
You've supported global content localization, modular content strategies, or omnichannel orchestration for HCP and patient journeys
Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 6 years of relevant work experience)
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
