Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Leasing Coordinator to join our team in Roseville, California. This Contract-to-long-term position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational and communication skills to thrive in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates will have prior administrative experience, preferably in a corporate or real estate setting.

Responsibilities:

Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, calendar management, and handling inbound calls to ensure smooth operations.

Process invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.

Input contractual agreements and other real estate-related deals into internal systems.

Review and interpret lease language and contracts to support business processes.

Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to maintain effective communication.

Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for contracts and administrative activities.

Assist with commercial real estate projects and related administrative duties.

Support the team with general office tasks and coordination as needed.

Requirements - Proven experience in an administrative role within a corporate setting.

Familiarity with commercial real estate or contract processing is preferred.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in handling invoices and maintaining accurate records.

Knowledge of lease language and contract terminology is a plus.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
