Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and technology industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting client interactions and service operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Covington, GA

Pay Range: Based on experience

Shift: Days (08:45-17:00)

What's the Job?

Process orders for capital equipment, collaborating with Contracts/Pricing, Finance, and Territory Managers

Manage customer technical support needs effectively

Oversee service and repair of capital equipment to ensure optimal performance

Utilize ServiceMax database to monitor service and repair status

Manage equipment loaner, invoicing, evaluation, and trade-out processes

What's Needed?

A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with Salesforce, JD Edwards, SAP preferred

Ability to solve basic math equations accurately

Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work well cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills with proven attention to detail
