Team Subject Matter Expert

Serve as first point escalation for Level 1's

Provide coaching, mentoring and case feedback

Ticket Management

Review tickets for accuracy and completeness

Assist with Level 1 backlog (P1/P2 focus)

Escalating to other teams for case tasks older than 48hrs

Parent ticket creation during off business 8-5 (with approval from L2)

Catalog tasks (HR Technology requests more information)

Assist in Escalation Management

Identifying commonalities in cases

Contribute to the success of the Help Desk's key goals and SLA's

Communication

Notifications on the Genie when a Parent goes up

Act as liaison between HD and other dept. (ex. Security, NOC)

Inform IT Operations for HD tool impacting issues and large cafe impacting outages

Salary and Other Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is $24 - $25 per hour, dependent on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
