Job Summary:**

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate! We are looking for motivated individuals to help us maintain our high operational standards at our state-of-the-art facility. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are stored, sorted, and shipped efficiently. Job Specifications:

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: De Pere, WI

Pay Rate: $15.25/Hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 5:30pm

Roles and Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.

Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.

Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling products.

Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.

Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is a plus.

Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
