Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis located in the Greater Philadelphia Region. This role involves providing critical administrative support to ensure smooth operations, with a commitment of 10 hours per week. The ideal Part-Time Administrative Assistant candidate will be organized, self-motivated, and skilled in handling a variety of tasks efficiently.

Coordinate and schedule virtual meetings using Zoom to facilitate team discussions and events.

Manage administrative projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed accurately.

Prepare and send correspondence, including newsletters, to maintain effective communication.

Provide support to the program team with various administrative tasks as needed.

Maintain and organize documentation to streamline office processes.

Assist with data entry and record-keeping to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Respond to inbound calls and inquiries professionally, providing timely assistance.

Utilize tools such as Office Suite and Google Workspace to complete tasks effectively.

Contribute to creating a positive and productive work environment through reliable support.

Collaborate with team members to ensure operational continuity and success.

Requirements

Other requirements for the Part-Time Administrative Assistant position include and are not limited to:

Minimum of 1+ years of experience in administrative support or a related role.

Proficiency in Office Suite applications and Google Workspace is essential.

Familiarity with MailChimp is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Excellent time management abilities to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact proficiently.

Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail.
