IMMEDIATE BANKING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT OPENING

OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FOR ONE OF THE LARGEST CREDIT UNIONS IN THE AREA

FULL TIME OPPORTUNITY WITH ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT

MONDAY - FRIDAY 8AM-5PM (ON SITE ONLY)

ALBANY, NY

$20/HR

Qualifications:

2 years of office administration experience

Microsoft Office/Microsoft Excel proficient

Experience managing deadlines

Detail oriented

Description

Perform vendor orders and follow as needed

Answer inbound calls and assist customers

Help prepare and send mail to necessary parties

Monitor inbox for vendor items and direct them to the appropriate lending staff. Update contacts in database.

Coordinate documentation to get to correct parties and update task list accordingly

Work with management to maintain provide administrative support as needed

Assist with projects that will be assigned by Managers

Other duties as needed.

Process and order supplies for department

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albany, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
