Administrative Assistant

Description We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Knightdale, North Carolina. This is a long-term contract position, ideal for someone who thrives on providing exceptional support and ensuring smooth office operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing administrative tasks and assisting senior staff with day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings to ensure efficient time management.

Prepare and distribute detailed meeting minutes and regularly scheduled reports.

Maintain an organized filing system for records and documents to ensure accessibility.

Update and enforce office policies and procedures to maintain compliance.

Research vendors, negotiate deals, and manage the ordering of office supplies.

Arrange travel plans, including booking accommodations and transportation.

Process and reconcile expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and provide general assistance.

Collaborate with executive and senior administrative assistants to address requests and queries from management. Requirements - Strong proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing email correspondence.

Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service.

Skilled in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

Ability to schedule appointments effectively and manage calendars.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
