The Supervisor Admin Services supervises clerical staff and may delegate, coach and train lower-level clerical staff. This position is responsible for providing high level administrative support of an often confidential nature. This position will serve as personal executive assistant to C-level executive, Vice President, Medical Director, or two or more Medical Directors.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree. Experience supporting executive-level positions will be accepted in lieu of degree on a 1:1 basis

7+ years secretarial experience with 2+ years Executive Secretary or Administrative Assistant experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint and Adobe

Ability to speak, write, and understand English

Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated excellent organization skills

Demonstrated ability to draft / compose memos and letters - Ability to take minutes at meetings

Demonstrated ability to start and complete projects with no supervision

Demonstrated ability to research data and create reports from data collected

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks or projects without loss of efficiency and effectiveness

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $48,700 to $87,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
