Accounting & Billing Clerk

M-F 8am-5pm

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to make a difference in a fast-paced office? We're looking for a dependable Accounting Clerk / Invoice Clerk to help our busy service team stay on top of invoicing, light accounting, and general clerical tasks.

What You'll Do:

Collect and enter service details accurately and timely to assist with invoices being processed in a timely manner

Maintain and update records in QuickBooks Online

Assist with light accounting functions

Support the office with general clerical duties (filing, data entry, correspondence)

Communicate with customers and vendors professionally and promptly as needed

Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations

What We're Looking For:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience with QuickBooks Online required

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to pivot easily and handle multiple priorities

A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
