Description We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Eugene, Oregon. This is a contract position offering consistent shifts and thorough training to ensure success in the role. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries and concerns.

Maintain an attentive and friendly demeanor while addressing customer needs.

Follow provided scripts to ensure consistency and accuracy in communication.

Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently.

Demonstrate adaptability in learning new procedures and systems.

Meet performance metrics such as call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.

Attend training sessions to continuously improve service delivery.

Perform basic data entry tasks and update customer records as needed.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during interactions.

Support team goals by contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.

Ability to @type at least 35 words per minute; higher speeds are advantageous.

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and may receive additional compensation.

All candidates are required to complete screening procedures prior to starting.

Comfortable working on-site and participating in interviews with managers.

Ability to work consistent shifts without frequent changes.

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn during training sessions.
