Help Desk Technician

Description

We're seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician (Tier 2-3) to provide advanced support for end users in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll handle escalated technical issues, resolve complex system and network incidents, and ensure seamless integration with Azure Active Directory. This role involves close collaboration with internal IT teams to diagnose recurring issues, improve documentation, and enhance system reliability.

Requirements

3+ years in IT support (Tier 2-3 level)

Strong experience with Azure AD and Microsoft 365 administration

Proficient in Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and system imaging

Familiarity with Intune, SCCM, and endpoint management

Solid networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
