Position Summary...
The Senior Manager, Project Management leads the execution of complex, cross-functional projects by developing strategic plans, managing resources, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role drives continuous improvement through data-informed decision-making, risk mitigation, and stakeholder collaboration. The position fosters team development by providing coaching and performance management while promoting adherence to company policies and ethical standards. The team leads end-to-end marketing projects by applying a comprehensive understanding of the marketing ecosystem to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. They manage multiple cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of marketing programs. Emphasizing strong project management, leadership, and stakeholder communication, the team drives informed decision-making and risk mitigation. They foster collaboration across departments, continuously improving processes and leveraging data to support business goals. What you'll do...
Lead and execute multiple cross-functional projects by developing business plans, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to ensure performance goals are met.
Supervise, mentor, and develop associates by assigning duties, establishing expectations, and conducting performance evaluations.
Manage project resources, schedules, budgets, and documentation while communicating status to stakeholders and leadership.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to support informed decision-making and successful project outcomes.
Promote adherence to company policies, ethics, and standards while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
Drive continuous improvement by evaluating processes, leveraging data, and implementing best practices across projects.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
