We are currently seeking a full-time Medical Administrative Assistant to join our Health Services Department.Position SummaryThe Medical Administrative Assistant assumes duties assigned by the Medical Team, including but not limited to preparing medical charts, setting up medical appointments for youth in care, assisting in maintaining the medical file, maintaining inventory for medical supplies for the clinic and medication cabinets, stocking first aid kits, and other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.Schedule: Wednesday 6am-6pm, Thursday-Friday 8:30am-8:30pm, Saturday 11am-7pm.The Children's Home offers an outstanding benefit package which includes medical, vision, dental, life insurance, 403(b), tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and a great work environment!
