The Parenting Marketing Manager position exists to develop and implement strategic marketing plans, branding, and communication efforts that drive the growth of Parenting initiatives, including RezilientKidz.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Audience Understanding:
Knows and understands target audience of Parenting and RezilientKidz and the various audience segments including demographics, psychographics, lifestyles, preferences, needs, desires, and societal pressures
Conducts analysis, market research, and works with other teams to inform the strategic positioning of these initiatives to constituents, partners, and market influencers
Works collaboratively with the Senior Marketing Director, the Parenting Team and the RezilientKidz Team on innovative product roadmaps, launch plans, marketing plans, and functional support plans for programs, initiatives, products, and prioritized alliances to connect our target audience with their natural consumption channels and platforms, ensuring measurable objectives are attained
Strategic Marketing Execution:
Knows and understands how to drive marketing strategy for marketing programs designed to meet measurable goals and objectives. Establishes and communicates project scope, strategy, and objectives to lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of ROI-driven omni-channel marketing campaigns
Provides leadership and direction to the Marketing teams which support the Parenting and RezKids teams. Provides strategic management oversight of all aspects of marketing campaigns and constituent communication journeys including budgeting, brand/product positioning, messaging and visuals, media mix, calls to action, and response channels - ensuring that campaigns appeal to the audience and drive measurable response
Provides management oversight of all marketing campaigns to ensure internal stakeholder approvals are received, deadlines are met and provides continency planning/problem solving. Success requires that measurable objectives are met
Measurement Based Accountability
Knows and understands how to track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Works collaboratively with cross-functional team to ensure that campaign measurement and reporting structures are in place that will provide visibility to key metrics and measure actual performance against plan
Knows and understands how to analyze campaign results data and transform the learnings into actionable business insights that lead to campaign optimization and enhanced ROI. Makes data-driven recommendations for testing new strategies and tactics - continuously driven by a test-learn-apply approach

Knowledge/Experience:
BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field
2-5 years of experience in developing sound business strategies & marketing plans
2-5 years of experience in demonstrated collaboration efforts to achieve results
2-5 years project management experience
Knowledge of Focus on the Family's mission, values, and objectives
Proven track record of driving measurable retention, engagement, and growth
Computer proficiency in a variety of Windows-based software and other SaaS systems
Experience in giving presentations and public communication
Knowledge of digital and social media communication tools and platforms
Salesforce Social Studio or Marketing Cloud experience a benefit

Pay Range: $70,716 to $81,117
