Job Summary:
Seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to oversee our Tinaja Customer, Dealer & Employee facing facility, with the objective of driving an exceptional customer experience, increasing visitor growth, and maintaining operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating welcoming environments, inspiring teams, and implementing innovative strategies to enhance visitor engagement and satisfaction.
What You Will Do:
Lead the daily operations of the facility, ensuring smooth, efficient, and engaging customer interactions.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance the overall customer experience, fostering loyalty and positive brand perception.
Drive visitor growth through targeted marketing initiatives, community engagement, and partnership development.
Implement innovative programs and events that attract new visitors while retaining existing ones.
Monitor and analyze visitor feedback and operational data to continually improve service quality.
Manage budgets effectively, ensuring all activities are delivered within financial parameters.
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of staff and volunteers to deliver exceptional service standards.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to align initiatives with organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and operational policies and standards.

Vendor/Supplier Management: Knowledge of external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g. vendors, service providers, contractors, consultants and suppliers).
Considerations For Top Candidates:
Proven experience in managing customer-facing facilities, museums, cultural centers, or similar venues.
Strong background in customer service, visitor engagement, and operational management.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement growth strategies within a limited budget.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Budget management experience with a track record of delivering results cost-effectively.
Innovative mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving visitor needs and preferences.
Proven experience working with customers and dealers

Summary Pay Range:
$156,000.00 - $234,000.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
