We are seeking a Senior Strategic Marketing Manager to lead LinkedIn's engagement with the most influential marketing leaders in North America. This opportunity sits at the intersection of Account-Based Marketing, strategic storytelling, and executive engagement and is designed to strengthen LinkedIn's position as a trusted growth partner for CMOs and senior marketing executives. You will lead high-impact programs that extend beyond traditional marketing - crafting meaningful programs and communities that foster long-term relationships with our largest customers. From curating executive forms to facilitating customer engagement at our largest tentpole events, you'll set the standard for how LinkedIn connects with decision-makers at scale.
This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on operator who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment that balances creativity with analytical rigor. You'll oversee workflows spanning internal CoE teams and external vendors to deliver exemplary customer experiences that bring LinkedIn's brand to life. And you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across marketing and sales to deliver integrated programs that influence pipeline, accelerate adoption, and elevate LinkedIn's brand. Responsibilities
Lead executive programs for CMO and VP Marketing audiences at LinkedIn's largest customers, ensuring flawless planning and execution.
Develop audience strategies within the NAMER ABM program, translating business priorities into compelling themes, campaign briefs, and strategic plays.
Partner with senior leaders in marketing and sales to deliver impactful engagement programs that position LinkedIn as a strategic growth partner.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Integrated Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Centers of Excellence to align messaging and activate narratives.
Own LoB Executive Engagement at tentpole events (e.g., Davos, Newfronts, Cannes) and manage LinkedIn Ads' Exec Community and Executive Advisory Board across virtual and in-person formats.
Serve as subject-matter expert on CMO priorities and emerging trends in B2B marketing.
Measure and optimize impact by tracking program metrics, acting on stakeholder feedback, and reporting on reach, influence, and business outcomes.
Drive adoption of measurement tools for pipeline impact and customer intelligence.
Model executive presence and strong project/stakeholder management to ensure high-profile initiatives are led and communicated effectively.
Basic Qualifications
BS degree in marketing or equivalent experience
5+ years in Executive Marketing or Executive Engagement programs
5+ years managing stakeholders and leading cross-functional workstreams
3+ years in Community Management or ABM initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CMO-focused initiatives and marketing programs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to collaborate effectively
AI literacy or expertise in applying AI to marketing challenges
Passion for audience-centric programs driven by creativity, experiences, and storytelling
Accountability for reporting, optimization, and sharing insights to drive ROI

The pay range for this role is $125,000 to $195,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
