Job Title: Electrical Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Supervisor to join our team. The position is based in Sykesville, Maryland, and the project you will support is in Falls Church, VA. This role involves supervising and coordinating the work of electricians and subcontractors on construction or maintenance projects, ensuring that all electrical installations are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with all relevant plans, specifications, and codes.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians and subcontractors.

Ensure electrical installations are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Direct and manage labor on-site.

Order necessary materials for projects.

Submit Requests for Information (RFIs) as needed.

Complete and maintain daily reports.

Track the progress of projects from start to finish.

Essential Skills

Possession of a journeyman license.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

5+ years of experience in multi-family electrical projects.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Any additional electrical or lead experience is a plus.

Must be able to be hands-on in project execution.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $42.00/hr.
