Job Title: AdministratorJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to support our front desk operations. This role involves handling data entry tasks, answering phones, and managing customer inquiries. Additionally, the Administrator will assist with accounts receivable responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Support the front desk with data entry and phone management.

Handle inquiries from customer service efficiently.

Assist with accounts receivable tasks.

Contribute to data entry and customer service functions.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in administration and data entry.

Experience with Excel and Microsoft Word.

Ability to manage accounts receivable tasks.

Strong customer service skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience in an administrative and front office role.

Willingness to learn accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.

Eagerness to learn payroll management in the future.

Adaptability and initiative.

Work Environment

The work environment is characterized by a professional administrative culture. The dress code is business casual, and the work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NORTHRIDGE, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
