Job Summary Details:
ABM is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Lavatory and Potable Water Dispatcher to join our operations team at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) . This position is responsible for coordinating lavatory and potable water services to ensure on-time aircraft departures. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, remains calm under pressure, and consistently meets tight operational deadlines.
Schedule: Full-time, 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
Pay: $16.00 per hour, paid weekly

Basic Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Minimum 1 year of dispatching experience (aviation or similar operations preferred)
Prior experience in airline operations or ground handling is highly preferred
Responsibilities:
Utilize computers and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) with proficiency.
Demonstrate strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality to support aircraft schedules and ensure on-time performance.
Operate radio communication equipment confidently and deliver clear, concise instructions to team members.
A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
