Job Title: Builds Department Associate

Location: Sterling, VA

Overview:

Join our Builds Department, the powerhouse of our data center operations! This is our largest department, experiencing significant growth due to the nature of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 lbs overhead and moving heavy materials (1,100+ lbs) using equipment.

Stand, twist, kneel, and move for 8+ hours a day.

Utilize basic inventory and material handling equipment (MHE).

Maintain focus while multitasking and ensure attention to detail.

Be open to learning new tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule and Compensation:

Pay Rate: $22.50 per hour

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Overtime: May be required depending on workload
