Identify opportunities to enhance guest experience through customization (e.g., alternative milks, extra shots, larger sizes) and ensuring their awareness of limited availability items. - Visual Standards: Support floor sets, replenishment, and visual merchandising standards. - Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized and stocked workplace, ensuring proper sanitation and food safety standards are always followed. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and ovens to prepare and serve handcrafted beverages following recipe standards and customer preferences. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to solve problems and ensure seamless guest experience.
