Job Posting: Order Processor - Picker Packer - Pooler, GA

Pay Rate: $17/hour (Pay increases by $1 after 90 days and direct hire)

Location: Pooler, GA

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch; some overtime expected)

Your Impact

As an Order Processor , you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently handling, preparing, and packaging orders for shipping. You'll work in a dynamic warehouse environment, supporting safe and accurate order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

Move, lift, and stack boxed orders

Repackage items, including re-boxing, using bubble wrap or packing paper, and sealing boxes according to packaging guides

Identify and report damages or discrepancies to prevent quality issues for customers

Accurately process and place shipping labels via computer systems, following routing/packaging guides

Comply with company policies and legal guidelines

Help maintain a safe and orderly facility environment

Utilize RF scanning equipment

Requirements and Skills

Proven experience as a packer and/or order shipper preferred

High attention to detail; comfortable with computers

Excellent physical condition and coordination; able to bend, squat, and stand for up to 8 hours

Ability to lift, move, push, and pull boxes up to 60 lbs repetitively

High school diploma required

No equipment experience required, but training provided on EPJ

Dress Code:

Tennis shoes with covered ankles are required; most employees wear jeans and standard warehouse attire.

Work Environment:

The warehouse is not temperature controlled , but features large doors for ample airflow.
