Now Hiring: Forklift Operator - Carlisle, PA

Location: Carlisle, PA

Shifts & Pay: 1st Shift - $20/hr | 2nd Shift - $22/hr

Schedule: 4 days/week, 10-hour shifts

Join a leading warehouse and distribution facility in Carlisle as a Forklift Operator ! This is a hands-on role where you'll safely move, pick, and organize materials to keep operations running efficiently. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with competitive pay, weekly paychecks, and Kelly® perks.

What You'll Do

Operate forklifts to move materials throughout the facility

Pick, pack, and organize items according to customer orders

Scan and track inventory using WMS (Warehouse Management System)

Perform routine forklift inspections and TPM maintenance

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment

What We're Looking For

Valid forklift certification and hands-on experience

Basic computer skills; WMS experience preferred

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment

Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly, 50 lbs occasionally, and perform frequent standing, walking, reaching, twisting, kneeling, or stair climbing
