What's a typical day as a Legal Assistant? You'll be:

Calendaring deadlines, appointments, and events to ensure smooth operations.

Preparing, proofreading, and filing legal documents in state and federal court.

Managing and organizing electronic and hard-copy case files to maintain document integrity.

Arranging and coordinating travel, meetings, calls, and depositions for attorneys.

Transcribing attorney dictation to ensure accurate record-keeping.

Communicating with clients and outside attorneys, maintaining updated contact information.

Supporting attorneys and paralegals with workflows, particularly during trial preparation.

Performing other general office duties as needed to assist the team.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a high school diploma or equivalent (Required).

Possess strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Are able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Have strong computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Typing speed of 50+ wpm is preferred.
