Pay Rate: $15.50/HR

Fully onsite in Columbia, SC

Training: 11 weeks from 8AM-4:30PM

Must be comfortable working an 8-hour shift between 8AM-8PM, with the most common shift being from 9:30AM-6PM.

No time off allowed from January 12th-May 16th, 2026

What's a typical day as Customer Service Advocate II? You'll be:

Providing prompt, accurate, thorough, and courteous responses to all customer inquiries, ensuring effective customer relations through various communication channels.

Initiating or processing adjustments and performing research to resolve inquiries, coordinating with other departments as necessary.

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and providing feedback to management regarding customer needs and complaints.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of claims processing or customer service experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in lieu of work experience.

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong human relations and organizational abilities.

Are able to handle high-stress situations and maintain discretion with confidential information.

Strong data entry and MS Office skills
